SharpEye Flame Detectors

The new SharpEye 40/40 Series Flame Detectors from Spectrex provide the most comprehensive protection against hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires, hydroxyl and hydrogen fires, as well as metal and inorganic fires. The detectors provide early warning of fires at long distances with high immunity to false alarms. The new 40/40 series designs are the highest performance, cost effective flame detectors currently on the market. 40/40I Triple IR (IR3) Flame Detector

The new 40/40I Triple IR (IR3) Flame Detector detects fuel and gas fires at long distances with the highest immunity to false alarms. The 40/40I IR3 can detect a 1ft2 (0.1m2) gasoline pan fire at 215 ft (65m) in less than 5 seconds.

40/40 UV/IR Flame Detector Series

Spectrex offers two versions of the new 40/40 Series UV/IR Flame Detectors: Model 40/40L & 40/40L4 series provides a combination of UV and IR sensors, where the IR sensor in the L series operates at a wavelength of 2.5-3.0μm, and can detect hydrocarbon based fuel and gas fires as well as hydroxyl and hydrogen fires, metal and inorganic fires. Whereas the 40/40L4 series operates at a wavelength of 4.5μm and is only suitable for hyrdocarbon based fires.

40/40M Multi IR Flame Detector

The new 40/40M Multi IR Flame Detector is specifically designed for detection of hydrocarbon and hydrogen flames. It detects hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires at long distances with the highest immunity to false alarms. The 40/40M can detect a gasoline pan fire at 215 ft (65m) or a hydrogen flame at 100 ft (30m) in less than 5 seconds.

40/40R Single IR Flame Detectors

The new 40/40R Single IR Flame Detector detects hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires using advanced flame analysis tools. The detector provides early warning of flaming fires working at 4.5 μm for maximum sensitivity, and immunity to false alarms from IR sources such as sunlight and IR projectors.

40/40U-UB UV Flame Detector

The new 40/40 UV Flame Detector detects hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires, invisible hydrogen flames, and fires from hydrides, ammonia, silane and other organics. The 40/40U-UB is the most durable and weather resistant UV flame detector currently on the market. Its new features include a heated window, to eliminate condensation and icing; HART capabilities, for digital communications; lower power requirements; and a compact, lighter design.

20/20CTIN & CTIP CCTV Flame Detector

The SharpEye CCTV Flame Detector (20/20CTIN and 20/20CTIP) is a self-contained, triple-spectrum, optical flame detector that incorporates a video color camera. The detector's IR sensors and spectral band pass filters have been selected to ensure the greatest degree of spectral matching to the radiant energy emissions of fire and the lowest degree of matching to non-fire stimuli.

2020MI Mini Triple IR (IR3) Flame Detector

The SharpEye Mini-IR3 Flame Detector (20/20MI) is a high performance and high reliability compact, self-contained triple spectrum infrared flame detector.

20/20ML Mini UV/IR Flame Detector

The SharpEye Mini-UV/IR Flame Detector (20/20ML) is a compact style detector featuring excellent detection sensitivity combined with enhanced immunity to false alarms.

20/20MPI Flame Detector "Mini" Series Model IR3

The 20/20MPI is a low cost, high performance, compact Triple IR (IR3) Flame Detector in a lightweight polycarbonate housing. It retains all the benefits of IR3 technology - long distance detection (up to 140ft / 43m) along with the highest immunity to false alarms.
