Sevo Flex Automatic Clean Agent Fire Protection System

The SEVO Flex Multipoint Pre-Engineered Automatic Clean Agent Fire Suppression System utilises unique flexible detection tubing attached to the top of the cylinder valve. This tubing is pressurized with Nitrogen to 240PSIG (16.5 bar) to maintain cylinder valve closure.

The SEVO™ Flex™ utilising 3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid offers the unprecedented flexibility of providing localised protection of high value equipment for maximum efficiency and cost effectiveness. SEVO™ Flex™ is designed to meet the rapid discharge time (up to 10 seconds) in accordance with NFPA 2001. Multi-Point provides partial/local flooding of a single or multiple hazards.

Discharge Adaptor / Pressure Discharge Switch

The Flex discharge adaptor Model P00008 connects the cylinder and the pipe run. It allows removal of the cylinder without uninstalling any additional components.

Electrical Detection & Control

The electric detection system consists of a control panel and a linear heat detection line.

Pneumatic Detection Fittings

The pneumatic detection tee Model SF-TO6 is used for the distribution of the detection tubing.

Pneumatic Detection System

The pneumatic detection tubing is temperature sensitive, and acts as a continuous linear thermal detector that ruptures at either 2480F (1200C), or 3560F (1800C) depending on the hazard area being protected.

Pneumatic Detection System - Multiple Use

The multiple use manual actuator Model MA4420B allows manual actuation of the Flex pneumatic device. Additionally, a Discharge Pressure Switch can be utilized to send an electrical signal to indicate discharge or to perform equipment shut down.
